A member of the Milan Bar and of the New York State Bar, he works at the convergence of digital-asset regulation, capital markets and financial services, advising innovative companies and supervised intermediaries on fintech and tokenisation, banking & finance, M&A and corporate law, on a domestic and cross-border basis (Italy and the United States).
